Designed specifically for labor-conscious operations, the Zipset High Speed Set-Up Machine (Zippy) reduces propagation container setup time to a minimum. Compared to hand set-up of 1200 per hour, Zippy can set-up 15,000 Zipset Plant Bands in that time. Able to run continuously, Zippy is fast and easy to operate; nursery workers simply load the stacker and Zippy does the work, delivering uniformly square Plant Bands in an easy to handle row.
Zippy is factory adjusted to run any size and length of Zipset Plant Bands specified.
